The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for growing seller businesses for the Parts & Accessories business on eBay Motors. This position will also be responsible for support of seller integration, education and training. The Sr. Relationship Manager, Parts & Accessories will report to the head of Motors Merchant Development.
Responsibilities will include:
  •     Capability to take on 17-22 accounts and grow the book of business (Year over year GMV) tied to a leveraged comp plan
  •     Work in 5-10 accounts (provided by sales) and grow them into the portfolio of accounts
  •     Success will be based on GMV contribution
  •     Utilize levers for best match boost, marketing promotions and campaigns, plus daily deal contributions
  •  Build a deep understanding of the Parts & Accessories industry, supply economics, eBay Motors value proposition for buyers and sellers, and dynamics within the category Increase supply in the category through expanded industry partnerships, trade PR, trade awareness, business development and outreach to existing sellers
  •     Develop business insights through in depth analysis and regular reporting
  • Manage key projects from concept to implementation and beyond, including potentially product releases on site
  •     Understand customers'' inventory and pricing and how that is integrated onto eBay and how best to optimize it for success
  •  Support the development and execution of the overall eBay Motors Parts & Accessories strategy
  •     Work with relevant cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of Parts & Accessories market place (Customer Service, Marketing, Product, Trust & Safety, etc.)
  •     Contribute to the development of the product roadmap for seller tools and features
  •     Optimize customer listing methodologies, logistics and fulfillment

Job Requirements:
  •    7-10 years of work experience in growth account management
  •    General business training via brand management, management consulting or equivalent
  •     Familiarity with the eBay Motors businesses
  •     Exceptional abilities as a cross functional team player
  •     Preferably, online experience with a leading Web company and/or consumer marketer
  •     Demonstrated analytic strength with spreadsheet and database software
  •     Excellent communication & presentation skills with both customers and senior executives
  •     Output focus, with ability to turn high level plans into valued and tangible output
  •     Experience in the Automotive Parts industry a plus
  •     MBA a plus
