Support prepaid processing sales and operating strategies with key clients and Visa product and sales teams.
Subject matter expert understanding of prepaid payment processing and related factors that impact Visa and our clients
Monitor, analyse and develop strategies to address the competitive landscape
Work closely with Visa product management, Canada country staff and account executive teams to ensure consistent and integrated communications to clients and other stakeholders. 

Understand complex client needs and recommend or design processing solutions that meet needs of clients while growing Visa revenues
Develop and manage client relationships with decision-makers and senior management in support of processing goals
Develop and manage internal Visa relationships with decision-makers and senior management in support of processing goals
Develop and manage 3rd party relationships which support processing solutions in the Canadian market
Support sales activities through solutions engineering
In conjunction with Canada Visa sales and product staff set and manage goals, support budgeting and forecasting efforts and participate in planning & reporting activities

Represent Visa prepaid processing at conferences, business meetings and industry events
Influence industry leaders in support of Visa’s objective to grow prepaid processing in the region.
Responsible for prepaid processing revenue goals
This role requires balanced capabilities in product/platform strategy, relationship management and business development. Candidates must demonstrate capabilities in all categories.

Qualifications:
10+ years experience in the electronic funds transfer, financial/banking operations and card payments
4 year college degree required; Graduate School/MBA preferred
Business development experience in the Canadian marketplace with proven negotiation skills
Business case development: Research, financial analysis, P&L justification and presentation to executive management
Ability to translate complex client needs into formal business requirements
Analytical capabilities including financial analysis and development of financial models and forecasts
Strategic management, leadership and negotiation skills
Strong client relationship and client management skills
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - development and preparation of executive level briefs, presentations and proposals
Self-directed and motivated - ability to work with little management oversight
Fluency in both French & English a plus
Project management skills a plus.
Ability to travel.
