Within the group of Governance & Strategic Initiatives for the Global business aircraft program, your mission is to lead all governance activities for the Global business unit, and specifically for the Global Leadership Team (GLT) activities. Doing so, your mandate will be to capture, analyze & disseminate key metrics for Global performance management while ensuring information sharing through a rigorous and pragmatic approach. In this position, you will work closely with executives at the Business Unit level and will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s drumbeat to ensure that it meets its strategic plan commitments. Being part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you will contribute in solving various problems that involve an understanding of the aircraft, operations, business and customer requirements as well as the overall Aerospace industry.
In your role, you will be asked to:
- Track, analyze & report Global performance metrics (BSC & other key performance indicators)
- Ensure that performance deviations are addressed through action plans
- Establish & orchestrate yearly governance calendar
- Lead key governance meetings’ agenda, action register and follow-through
- Ensure alignment between GLT and Operations
Qualifications
The ideal candidate meets these requirements:
- University degree combined with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience (Aerospace profile / knowledge an asset)
- Understanding of operations & completions an asset
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Ability to impact and influence at different levels of the organization
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (perfectly bilingual)
- Ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters
- Enjoys working cross-functionally and communicate with all levels of the organization (from senior management to working level)
- Highly motivated person who will be able to benefit from this great opportunity to develop skills and contribute in high impact initiatives
