Manage Implementation of the Omega-9 Oils Communications Plans (50%):

Lead translation of business strategy into U.S. and Canadian communications strategy for the Omega-9 Oils business. Create and recommend communication tactics and tools with Fleishman Hillard and PMK Associates.
Manage US communications budget allocation across customer segments and business partners. Responsible for budget tracking and monthly reporting to the Commercial Leader.
Interface with DAS corporate communications media focal point to manage national/global media relations activities for Omega-9 Oils.
Facilitate North American Omega-9 Oils Growth Team Meetings, develop agendas and chair.
In support of the Omega-9 Oils Market Managers, participate in the development of co-marketing strategies with channel partners. Manage co-marketing program implementation and program tracking and analysis for DAS.
Support Omega-9 Oils Market Managers in the development of specific partner or customer communication strategies, materials development and market campaigns as required.
Manage the Omega-9 Oils business internet/website content/SEM campaigns and strategy following Dow leveraged processes. Support Europe and Canada with regional content and structure.
Organize and plan annual Omega-9 Oils communications strategy planning meetings with agencies.
Manage market research, provide tracking and analysis of the business operating environment and generate competitive tracking data.
Represent DAS and the business with key external stakeholders such as the IAP participants and select stakeholder groups.

Demand Management and Programs Analysis (40%):
Maintain sales tracking and account forecasting tool for Omega-9 Oils. Track current sales by key segments and key accounts.
Market research and industry analysis to support product growth and customer engagement. Provide updated situation analysis for business planning and strategy development.
Market analysis for new product launches (Omega-9 Sunflower, Enhanced canola meal, Grains strategy development)
Create monthly S&OP report for Commercial Leader through Market Manager data updates and program analysis.
Conduct analysis of channel partner incentive programs supported by DAS.

Commercial Support (10%):
Represent DAS at select industry trade shows and events.
Represent DAS at select industry conferences and symposia.
Interaction with key channel partners to support commercial strategy.
