We currently have a career opportunity for Managers in our IT Advisory group. The individuals will work directly with clients to transform their business problems into technology solutions. The goal is to support our clients’ efforts to make their business units more effective and efficient and helps our clients enhance the operating effectiveness of the finance and operations functions by assisting them as they shift their emphasis from transaction-level control, processing and reporting to more value driven, decision support and analytics.

Responsibilities:
The Manager will act as the key contact for all contract-related management and tender activities for IT for various clients. This includes developing and negotiating contract terms, conditions, modifications, penalties and incentives, while working with key stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met.
* Manage and administer a significant technology outsourcing arrangement, a variety of IT-specific agreements as well as agreements related to the procurement and ongoing use of investment market data
* Develop and manage a standardized approach to contract development and acceptance including the development of standard contract terms and clauses and SLA formats
* Develop consistent approach to establishing Service and Operation Level Agreements
* Leading, coaching, and mentoring direct staff reports, including performance appraisals and establishing development plans.
* Maintaining and enhancing tools for use in vendor performance management, including tracking tools, dashboards, and scorecards, and producing governance and compliance reports related to vendor services
* Participate in the negotiation of contracts, collaboratively with contract owners, vendors and legal teams
* Maintain productive working relationships with vendor and legal teams, where appropriate
* Participate in budget forecasting
* Develop and manage a central repository for vendor deliverables
* Assess and maintain quality, compliance, competencies and deficiencies for each vendor
* Develop and manage methods to define, monitor and manage performance levels (SLAs & OLAs) and measures – work with the vendors to manage a continual improvement process
* Conduct vendor evaluations using developed methods and execute performance reporting
* Develop, manage and promote vendor governance standards and best practices
* Working with Information Security and Internal Audit, facilitate vendor risk assessments
* Analyze and report on vendor performance and quality
* Recommend ongoing vendor relationship improvements and re-mediation actions when appropriate
* Developing appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for vendors, and ensuring that business plans and objectives are reflected.

To qualify, candidates must have:
* a related bachelor’s degree and approximately 6-8 years of related work experience;
* a proven track record in IT vendor / supplier management with a blue-chip organization
