Shea AG is a progressive agribusiness serving Lambton County and surrounding areas, with Seed and Precision AG technology solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team promoting DeKalb seeds, Alpine Plant Foods and Precision Planting technology based solutions to farms across the area.
 Key Responsibilities:
 * organize sales calls, on the road and in the office
* work closely with the sales team lead to develop and grow successful relationships with customers
 * organize and execute seed plots from planting to harvest
 * conduct field weigh offs
* Effectively increase sales of seed, fertilizer, precision AG
 Qualifications:
* Ability to work independently
* Willingness to accept responsibility
 * Excellent communication skills
* Good understanding of production agriculture… agronomy/precision
* Excellent organization and time management skills
Key Requirements:
* Valid drivers license ( AZ would be an asset)
* Be able to work flexible hrs in the cropping seasons ( some evenings and weekends are required)
* excellent computer skills
