Together with the U.S. General Manager, this role will be responsible for assessing NutriAg’s capacity to expand, determine target clients and devise a marketing expansion plan and growth strategy.
NutriAg Ltd. offers a wide range of patented, environmentally-responsible agricultural chemicals and plant nutrients used for foliar feeding and fertigation. Sold under trademark and private label, NutriAg Ltd. products are distributed through dedicated dealer networks worldwide.

The Territory Sales Manager – Eastern USA is a key position within the organization requiring a highly qualified individual with a well proven history of introducing, promoting and maintaining a high-profit niche product line into the agriculture industry.
The primary role will be in Sales and Marketing and will include identifying target clients and devising a market expansion plan and growth strategy, which will include: A. Formulating:
Marketing initiatives
Sales plan
Competitor Analysis
Targeted client list (we distribute through a dedicated dealer network) using creativity
B. Implementing:
Building and maintaining relationships
Meeting sales goals
Traveling to facilitate meetings & presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in agriculture related field
- Previous work experience in the Agricultural industry, with excellent nutrient knowledge (preferably with foliar products)
- Strong presentation (Business to Business, Business to grower), strategic thinking, negotiation and closing skills with an excellent ability to communicate
- 5+ years in a structured outside sales role and a consistent track-record of meeting / exceeding quotas.
- Lingual Spanish is preferred
- Willing to travel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Existing contacts within the U.S. crop input dealer network
