The ideal candidate is very comfortable speaking with customers over the phone troubleshooting complex member inquiries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the internal CRM systems and customer purchase orders
• Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes
•Service the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate departments
•Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
•Performs assigned system maintenance to various electronic order files
•Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service’s departmental team.
•Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole
Qualifications and Education requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service capacity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English/Spanish
•Able to work the hours of operation Monday through Friday 800am to 1000pm and Saturday 800am to 800pm
•Excellent organizational skills – the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and work with constant interruptions
•Problem solver and being able to work under pressure
•Creative and resourceful with the ability to think “outside of the box” in order to develop client focused solutions
•Able to carry tasks through to completion
•Team player with the ability to work well independently
• Experience in a merchandise environment
•Client contact / sales experience
•Great computer skills
