QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor degree or equivalent education and experience
-Adequate experience in terminal management or related terminal, refinery, or tank vessel experience
-Knowledge of and ability to manage staff
-Knowledge of and skill in operating equipment
-Ability to use hand/power tools
-Ability to wear safety equipment, including respirator, safety shoes, goggles, gloves and similar equipment
-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents (regulations, policies, reports, bids, etc.), blueprints, drawings
-Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures
-Ability to effectively present information, communicate with, and respond to questions and complaints from staff, coworkers, management, and customers
-Proficient in Microsoft Office software
-Ability to create and monitor budgets and skill in cost estimates
-Project management knowledge

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a Major Ag Employer searching for a Terminal Manager. Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the liquid feed facilities to maximize efficiency, safety and profitability, and to ensure that all are handled effectively and in line with customer needs. Will also be responsible for supervising and coordinating staff management, recruitment, and training, planning and coordinating customer service activities, manage mandatory regulatory records to ensure all are in compliance, oversee equipment is repaired and maintained, prepare and monitor the maintenance budget, and conduct customer and regulatory audits and inspections.
