This is a Unionised position with United Food and Commercial Workers Union, local 175 Basic functions of the job:
    Troubleshooting electrical process problems
    Ongoing upgrading of electrical inefficiencies
    Install new equipment. ie. Electic motors, conduit, computer cables

Skills/Experience Requirements:
    The candidate will hold a current Certificate of Qualification in the province of Ontario and have a minimum of five years experience in an industrial setting.
    Knowledge of process automation systems, PLC’s electronic instrumentations and equipment troubleshooting will be an asset.
    This is a day shift position Monday thru Friday, also the successful candidate must participate in the pager program rotation and possess a current and valid drivers license in the province of Ontario.
    Rate of pay as per collective agreement is $35.16 per hour
