The Information Technology team develops and maintains Bell’s internal systems and applications while also developing integrated technology solutions for customers across all lines of business.
The team manages Bell’s IT Infrastructure and the service availability of over 700 applications, including mission critical billing and service systems. The IT delivery teams drive the IT Work Program with over 60% of IT capital invested in initiatives that support business unit priorities and Bell’s strategic imperatives.
Project Manager – Campaign Management IT Delivery

The IT Call Center Group, a unit of Information Technology, is dedicated to leverage and evolve best in class Call Center applications from IVR, Routing, Bell.ca , Business Intelligence, Desktop and Call Center Management tools at Bell to cost effectively support the delivery of key business initiatives within Bell Residential Services, Bell Mobility, Bell Business Markets, and Wholesale.
The team is committed to developing and retaining expertise in all Call Center applications to ensure solutions deliver customer requirements and demonstrate best practices in the industry.
The team is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong Call Center experience with the ability to fulfill the Project Manager role on various delivery projects. This is an opportunity for an individual looking to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment.
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be accountable to lead IT Delivery projects in a Project Manager capacity. They will work in virtual teams and will build strong partnerships with business clients and vendors to manage scope, timelines and quality of the solutions, and achieve alignment and buy-in. They will develop project plans and strategies in adherence with the Call Center domain delivery best practices.
Qualifications/Competencies:
· 5+ years of related work experience as a IT Project Manager preferably in Campaign Management and Business Intelligence space
· Proven Experience in IT Delivery and Systems Experience
· A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management, or equivalent
· Proven leadership, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Facilitation and requirements solicitation – the ability to pull together experts to get the right information from them
· Strong verbal communication skills; listen, understand, respond both appropriately and effectively
· Strong written skills; ability to produce high quality documentation
· Autonomous, strong tolerance to ambiguity and change
· Ability to explain complex technical ideas in a simple understandable format
· Demonstrated ability to learn; both complex technical concepts and end to end business work flow
· Solid business acumen, Strong customer focus
· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
Working Conditions:
· Ability to efficiently work in virtual teams, handling multiple projects
· Availability to work occasional weekends and evenings to meet hard deadlines and to take part in deployment activities
· Ability to travel within Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto corridors with little advance notification; travel depending on project needs
