Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.
Overview:
Bell Business Markets is looking for experienced Systems Integrators to join our team in delivering Contact Center solutions to clients across Canada. The Systems Integrators will be responsible for project work related to solution deployment, upgrades and assessments. The successful candidates should have experience in Genesys implementation and have the right mix of education/certifications and on the job experience to ensure Bell high standards are achieved. This position is ideally suited to candidates who have the ability and desire to work on different types of projects (development, integration, and configuration) across Canada.
Responsibilities:
IVR/CTI Contact Centre solution design, development, installation, and implementation with Genesys at the architecture/integration level
Leads and participates in functional analysis of IVR and CTI specifications.
Works with clients to define requirements for call routing, call treatment, reporting, IVR, WFM and operational management
Translates client requirements into systems configuration
Creates feasibility and effort estimates.
Creates architecture documents
Designs solution that will meet customer peak period requirements in a HA environment
Plans solution delivery steps, deployment phases, quality assurance guidelines, and identifies delivery team members.
Designs system redundancy to ensure business continuity
Works closely with and supports the project management/ integration teams to ensure delivery.
Assist Sales team in pre-sales activities by providing accurate work estimates, and contributing to proposals and RFP responses.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Genesys implementation and deployment experience
Knowledge of one or more of the following disciplines:
Genesys Framework (Architecture, Installation, Configuration)
Genesys SIP
Call Center Reporting using Genesys (CCA, Infomart, CCPulse+)
Routing Strategy development
Outbound installation and configuration (OCS, CPD)
Genesys Multi-Media (Email, Chat, Open Media) o IVR Platform install and application development (GVP, VXML, Genesys Studio, Composer, etc.)
WFM
Knowledge of Genesys contact centre solution products.
Knowledge of other contact centre solutions, such as: call recording and workforce management
Flexible, mobile, with a desire to work on different types of projects (development, integration & configuration) within different regions across Canada.
Strong customer skills, with work experience at customer sites
VXML, Java, C, C++ programming languages
LAN and IP internetworking
Software development and systems integration
Working knowledge of Database systems (Oracle, SQL)
Integration experience with key Switches (Nortel, Avaya, Cisco, Aspect, etc.)
Familiarity with overall Genesys architecture and solution set
Working knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Unix, AIX)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to travel for project engagements (up to 25%)
Eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Post Secondary Degree (or Diploma) related to IT, MIS, Mathematics or Engineering
Genesys Certified Professionals (CIV, DIV, CVP, COV, CWFM)
Genesys multiple site and High Availability configuration experience
Knowledge of Networking and IP Telephony concepts
Strong Database experience
Demonstrated client management skills at different levels
Previous consulting experience
Ability to work well under pressure and produce results, under the constraint of time and budget
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize own time while accomplishing tasks in a cost effective manner
Experience presenting at the Senior Management level to internal and external clients
Bilingual, English/French
