We have an immediate opening for a salesperson to impact the market in Western Canada. This motivated, high-energy individual will call on equipment dealers in this territory. It is a requirement for the person in this role to live in one of the Western Canadian provinces and extensive travel will be required to successfully manage this territory.
This sales rep will educate dealers and retail customers on the value of our leading-edge product.
The ability to establish markets outside of agriculture is a requirement, as this product is suitable for many markets.
We are seeking an experienced sales rep who possesses a background of equipment territory sales , specifically to farm equipmentdealers Hard work will definitely yield financial rewards in this role.
Requirements of this role:
- Have a minimum of 10 yrs equipment sales experience
- Comfortable working in the agriculture and commercial sales environment.
- Maintain and grow the current customer base
- Can take direction when given
- Maintain inventory levels to fill retail demand
- Increase sales across the region
- Identify new markets
- Possess above-average professional sales skills
- Develop an effective business plan for the region
- Participate in Trade Shows
- Able to quickly become knowledgeable of the products and have the ability to sell their value in the marketplace
- Ability to work with all levels of an equipment dealership as well as be comfortable with the end users.
- Self-motivated and driven for sales results
- Working with marketing plans to promote products
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Must be willing to travel
