Our Customer Operations team is responsible for strategy, design and delivery of core call centre tools and processes, including queue strategy, routing, and call monitoring tools.

The Role:
The Mobility Retention team is looking for a Specialist who can take churn results and key drivers behind cancellations and ultimately package this insight into a retention strategy. We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful and energetic person with proven communication skills, who can translate data into customer insight and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build effective working relationships with subject matter experts to understand and evaluate business trends and retention strategies
- Package findings, effectively communicate and present to key stakeholders
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and adhoc presentations
- Perform ad-hoc analysis on existing base to identify opportunities to introduce marketing programs to improve retention
- Communicate strategic recommendations for marketing programs with measurable tactics that will drive the business
- Lead cross functional meetings and guide the working groups towards cohesive and timely decision making
- Deliver outstanding presentations to Executive and Senior team
- Ensure communication liaison between various Marketing and Operations groups
Critical Qualifications:
- 3-5 years management experience in Marketing
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal (ability to effectively communicate and present to people at all levels)
- Highly organized, collaborative and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to interpret data, manipulate spreadsheets and translate into meaningful insight
- Action oriented and demonstrated ability to deliver timely results
- Flexible and able to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving & changing environment
- University Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced skills in Powerpoint and Excel (presenting results using charts/graphs)
