WHO WE ARE:
Pandimo is an exciting new start-up with the goal of becoming a world leader in online social web-magazines, a new, fun and intuitive way for internet users to share web content. Based in downtown Toronto, we are now looking for energetic, creative and ambitious young people to form our core start-up team.

WHAT WE DO:
Pandimo’s primary product is a platform that allows internet users from around the world to, either individually or as a part of a group, compile, curate, publish and read online magazines made up of web content that they find most interesting, meaningful and important.

We expect to immediately be in direct competition with sites like Flipboard, Issuu, and other smaller players. In the long term, we will capitalize on a revenue-sharing plan between us and the magazines that focuses on selling interest-specific advertising embedded in magazine issues.

WHO WE WANT:
As a brand new start-up, we are looking for someone who can fulfill several roles at once: designer, programmer, thinker, team player and general do-er. We expect each and every one of our early team members to participate in all facets of operations – this is non-negotiable.

Ideally, we would like you to be an expert in at least one of the following fields:
Design;“ proficiency in graphic, layout and user-interface design.
 Programming ; expertise in at least PHP, with the ability and desire to learn possibly other languages.
 Front end; experience and adeptness with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
 Database; SQL-based design, querying and administration.

OPPORTUNITY & COMPENSATION:
Much work has been put into Pandimo already, to the point that the product is in its beta stage. We are now at the stage of gathering a small, core team to push the product to a wider audience and, with customer input, improve the site before performing a major, worldwide launch. Our plan is to raise at least $500,000 in seed funding by January 2014. At this point, we are offering the following to new team members:

 3-5% equity in the company (based on experience and role).
 $40,000 / year salary once we obtain seed funding.
 The opportunity to be part of an exciting, young start-up environment from the ground floor. Your voice and decisions will indubitably shape the future of Pandimo.
 If you are one of the first team members chosen, you will also have a say in hiring future team members.

If offered a position at Pandimo, you will be expected to begin full-time work in mid-September. Your first contract will run to the beginning of 2014. Our facilities will be in downtown Toronto.
