Maple Farm Equipment, a John Deere dealership with 7 dealerships located in Southeastern Saskatchewan and Western Manitoba is seeking 3 Journeyman Agricultural Technicians and/or Heavy Duty Mechanics in the following locations: Yorkton, Foam Lake, Balcarres, Wynyard, Preeceville, Russell and Moosomin.
Duties Include:
Check & inspect agricultural equipment for proper performance, detect faults & malfunctions.
Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized testing equipment to determine extent of repair. Repair or replace defective parts, components or systems,using hand and power tools.
Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
Clean, lubricate & perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
Service attachments and working tools such as harvesting and tillage equipment, blades, ploughs, winches and side booms. 3+ yrs work exp. & trade cert. req'd. F/T perm. work, benefits, pension.
Wage $26/hr.
