The Ernst & Young Global Immigration (EYGI) provides and manages a range of business immigration services to multinational clients who send employees, and their families, to work and live in over 140 countries around the world. These services typically centre on the compliance and legal issues in coordinating and filing their work and visa applications, subsequent work permit/visa extensions and passport/nationality issues. Within the EYGI group there are 3 practice areas: Global Coordination Service, Consular Support Services, and Business Traveller Assessment Service.

The Group has a very busy, client service focused environment and team members have high levels of contact with corporate clients, assignees, government agencies and immigration professionals at all levels, from different cultural and national backgrounds. Given the nature of the service, the department’s core working hours cover 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday; however, there is an occasional requirement to work outside these hours according to clients’ needs and different time zones.

Nature of the role:
The role of Global Immigration Coordination, Manager involves day-to-day management and oversight in all aspects of global immigration client accounts. The activities will include supervising Global Coordination Staff and Seniors and can range from ensuring client accounts are being looked after to providing high level reporting on the status programs.

* Initiative and self-motivated
* Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Good written English
* 4-6 years of experience in a related field or environment
* Law degree would be an asset
