One (1) Regular/Full-Time Bilingual Position; Two (2) – Term/Full-Time Positions with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Conditions of Employment:
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English are a requirement for one of the Document Processing Clerk positions.

Qualifications:
Essential
• Demonstrated administrative and clerical experience including data entry, preparing specialized and highly complex assignments and reception duties.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills including the ability to handle multiple tasks in pressure situations.
• Experience and ability in processing detailed documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience and ability to work effectively under minimum supervision.
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook and Excel.
Desired
• Experience and/or knowledge of policies, procedures of Provincial Court.
• Demonstrated experience working in a court or related legal environment.
• Successful completion of a related Administrative Assistant training program.
• Experience with other court related programs (such as CCAIN, JETFORMS, etc.).
Duties:
The Data Entry Clerk position is responsible for the daily receiving, monitoring and updating of criminal charges/court information and the accurate and efficient entry of this information onto the Criminal Court Automated Information Network (CCAIN). Duties also include the preparation, publishing and printing of all court dockets for matters appearing in Winnipeg courts, the St. Boniface court and eight circuit courts.
The Document Processing Clerk position ensures the accurate typing of all court orders/papers in the proper priority sequence as sorted by the Staff Justice of the Peace. The position is also responsible for processing Warrants and other documentation as well as entering information onto the Criminal Court Automated Information Network (CCAIN).
