Your responsibilities include working with IT and the dedicated team to implement BaaN at our Global Completion Center. This position requires a broad knowledge of general business processes along with an excellent understanding to the primary business system: BaaN. This position is to gain a detailed understanding of the BaaN system in order to maximize the benefits to the different functions/departments. This role is also to provide first line support and on-the-job coaching/mentoring for all users within their department for the identified BaaN role(s).

In your role, you will:
- Provide first line support for all users within their department for their identified role(s), e.g. purchasing and finance. This includes BaaN and the associated business processes.
- Provide informal, one-to-one coaching for other users for their identified role(s)
- Attend additional training (or use computer based training) provided by the BaaN Project team.
- Provide feedback and input on user documentation to BaaN project team
- Be involved directly in user acceptance testing of the system
- Identify other users to assist in acceptance testing
- Attend and take an active part in user groups
- Liase closely with BaaN Project team contacts
- Be actively involved with BaaN upgrade(s)

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You have 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation
- You have a good business process knowledge
- You are enthusiastic and positive, both about BaaN and change
- You possess good change management skills
- You are respected for both knowledge and experience within the department
- You have strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts
- You possess strong problem solving skills
- You are competent in use of IT, specifically BaaN
- You are fully bilingual (French and English), speaking and writing
