About Quantify Labs
Quantify Labs is a Financial Technology Startup in Toronto. We’re building a new communication platform for the institutional financial industry (sales, trading and research) – across asset classes and geographies. We’re helping the sellside (brokerages) understand where their content is going, who is accessing it, and making it accessible and discoverable. We’re helping the buyside (asset managers) find, subscribe to, discover and share the best content. We’re helping independent research providers get in front of some of the biggest brokerages and funds in the world, and get paid for their insight and value add. And that’s just the beginning.

We're funded, we have a great board of advisors, and a great team. We’re already working with some of the biggest brokerages and buyside funds in the world. We’re trying to dramatically improve and revolutionize one of the largest industries in the world, and we’re tackling a lot of big problems. Don’t worry about having a background in the space, we can teach you everything you need to know, and you’ll pick it up through osmosis,but if you already do, that’s definitely an advantage!

As a Customer Support Lead:
You’ll be fully responsible for building, structuring, and executing the customer support at Quantify Labs.
You’ll report directly the CEO, and have near full autonomy do what you know is best.
Customer Support is extremely important to us, and we want someone who can not only handle the responsibilities in the short term, but that we can build a team around in the long run.

You’ll be dealing with traders, sales, research analysts, portfolio managers and hedge fund managers daily from around the world – and making sure they have a great experience with our product.

Ideal experience:
Ran a customer support team at a software company
Had direct reports
Involved in hiring, screening and coaching new hires in support
Familiar with the tools, applications, and structure required to scale a support team
Financial industry experience is a plus
Startup support team experience is a plus
