Quantify Labs is a Financial Technology Startup in Toronto. We’re building a new communication platform for the institutional financial industry (sales, trading and research) – across asset classes and geographies. We’re helping the sellside (brokerages) understand where their content is going, who is accessing it, and making it accessible and discoverable. We’re helping the buyside (asset managers) find, subscribe to, discover and share the best content. Don’t worry about having a background in the space, we can teach you everything you need to know, and you’ll pick it up through osmosis,  but if you already do, that’s definitely an advantage!

As a DevOps Engineer
We're looking for someone to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure and deployments. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated deployments as well as monitoring and maintaining our staging and production environments.

Requirements:
Experience monitoring Ubuntu systems
Ability to deploy secure and resilient networks architectures
Experience with AWS (EC2, ELB, VPC, S3, EBS, CloudWatch)
Knowledge of build (mvn, sbt) and deployment tools (Chef or Puppet)
Experience managing Apache, JBoss and PostgreSQL
Java experience is a nice bonus
