SALES MANAGER – Western Europe Permanent Full-time – Europe Semex is a dynamic global organization that is committed to developing and delivering innovative genetic solutions. This sales development role requires a highly energetic individual with exceptional communication skills and a background in sales support. Working with our Sales Director for Europe, Middle East, India and Northern Africa, you will provide training and support within the sales regions on Semex products, services and sales tools, as well as work closely with distributors to grow sales and increase profitability.
The qualified candidate will have an agricultural business or related degree along with 5 years of direct sales and/or sales support experience, specifically within the AI industry.
Exceptional knowledge and understanding of Semex’ products and sales tools is ideal.
Experience in sales analysis, territory management, customer relationship management and sales coaching/training are considered strong assets.
Frequent international travel throughout the business unit region is required.
