The Challenge:
Are you passionate about sports AND coding? Are you a high-energy, strategic-thinking, self-starting Developer, who knows how to roll up your sleeves and get things done?
We’re looking for a WordPress Software Developer to help us build out a technology platform to power editorial and community-focused websites, primarily in our rapidly expanding Sports division. Our existing network of sites drives over 8 million visits each month. We’re making a big push into editorial/user-generated content; you’ll be responsible for developing a platform that focuses on aggregating personalized content and driving community engagement. You’ll also be integrating a diverse set of websites, while executing on a high level vision.
Must Haves:
WordPress, PHP
Linux, MySQL
HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
Mobile web
Bonus Points!
A passion for MMA or WWE
Experience with Display Advertising (image and/or video), DFP
Experience with WordPress, PHP and/or Apache performance
iOS app development
